To ready up Office 365 account in Win 10 Mail, I advise you refer to this article.

And in Outlook for iOS app, please refer to this article.

If you follow the method to a higher place, the issue still exists, I would like to confirm the following data:

1.  Does the upshot also occur if your add your business relationship to Outlook for Windows app via same account email address and password?

2. What practise you mean of the authentication, for example, proceed asking for countersign or other autherntication method , please provide with a screenshot of the symptom.

three. Do others in your organization also run into this issue?

The steps outlined in the manufactures yous linked to are the steps that I followed.  As I said, things work properly in the apps once I've authenticated.  The only trouble is that I go along getting prompted to authenticate every day.

For your first question, are yous referring to the Outlook desktop app that comes with the Part suite of applications?  I oasis't been using that for this account up to this point.  I've merely gone alee and added my O365 business relationship on at that place.  I'll accept to wait and meet if I get prompted to authenticate once more in a day or then.

Here'southward the message I make it the iOS Outlook app:

Clicking the Login button brings me to the GoDaddy O365 login page.  Later on inbound my countersign there, everything works again, temporarily.

In Windows 10, I'll become this notification:

and when I open the Mail service app, I see a little alert triangle icon side by side to my account:

Clicking on the triangle beings me to the GoDaddy O365 login page.  After entering my password at that place, everything works again, temporarily.

I'm the just owner/user of this O365 account, so there's no one else to compare against.

Did you make some changes such every bit irresolute the password of the account earlier this issue occur? If yeah, I propose y'all remove the business relationship from the two mail clients and re-add them.

And so When first prompted, you can salve your password to forbid asking for credentials again.

And in Win 10, I advise you openSSL to secure your e-mail account, for detailed steps, delight refer to this article: Your account settings are out-of-date.

If the issue still exists later on trying the methods above, could you please provide with the following information for farther troubleshooting?

  1. Are you using Office 365 cloud based business relationship or your system accept Exchange On-Premise server?
  2. Is there any cycle for the actualization of the notification, for example, 6 hours?
  3. If possible, you can add together your Part 365 business relationship to another PC and iOS mobile customer to run into if aforementioned result happen, which can assistance us identify if the result is caused by the clients.

I had not inverse the password prior to creating the account the starting time fourth dimension.  Simply I tried removing the account from both apps and re-calculation information technology.  The problem withal occurs.

As I said, this is an Office 365 account I caused through GoDaddy, and then information technology's a hosted service, not on-premise.  I've not used ADAL or multi-factor auth.  I haven't done any customization.  I just created the account and this trouble has been occurring.  It appears that I am prompted to reauthenticate around every 12 hours or so.  This problem occurs on multiple devices, iOS Outlook, Win 10 Mail, and the Outlook desktop app for Win10.  Interestingly, the problem does non occur in the built-in iOS Mail app.

i. In this situation, I suggest you start remove the account from the 3 mail clients, and then log your account to Office 365 admin centre and reset the countersign of your account.

2. After that, configure your account to these post client past new password, and bank check if the consequence still appear.

3. If yes, run SaRA to check trouble of Outlook client.

To download and install SaRA, please refer to: http://diagnostics.office.com/#/?env=Prod.

If the outcome can ' t be fixed, delight provide us with the output of SaRA for further troubleshooting.

Annotation: After downloading and installing SaRA, if you use Outlook for Windows, please chooseOutlook >Other bug.
